After coming to the USA for my studies I have seen and met many super-successful people not because they live in the USA but because they have great Ideas, the right mindset, and a clear road map for their goals.
Before coming to Hawaii, I worked with a few people as a virtual assistant for their social media page. Whenever I had a Video call with them I could see that they had a lot of Quotes hanging on their wall and one of them really got stuck with me was that
"Nobody cares about your story until you win, so win"
I'm really passionate about entrepreneurship, from a young age, I wanted to build something or own a company that would make a difference. but my dream and reality often collide. 5 years ago I started a Facebook page for sharing quotes and started writing about English grammar but after a few months, I gave up because I thought that this wouldn't work for me and I couldn't make money out of it. It's like I was doubting myself and same time I had so many ideas that I wanted to start but I stopped because I was not fully motivated.
We all know that the road to success can be lonely, filled with doubts from others and even ourselves. But this quote resonates with the reality of many entrepreneurs and dreamers. it's a tough truth that people often only take notice when you've succeeded, but that makes the journey all the more important.
Now I have learned that our story isn't defined by the number of people who care along the way, but by the resilience we show in reaching that final win.
Here are a few questions that I think would be good to consider for meaningful reflection.
1. Reflect on your Journey Till Now.
- What dreams or goals have you pursued, even when others doubted you?
- How do you stay motivated when you are not receiving the support or recognition you hoped for?
2. Understanding your Success.
- How do you define" winning" in your own life?
- What are the steps can you take to keep pushing forward, even when the outcome is uncertain?
- In what ways does your story change when you achieve a significant goal or win? How does it affect how others perceive you?

Do the right thing even when no one is looking. It's called integrity.
